Alex is responsible for setting the vision and for the overall success of the business. He develops long term strategies for business growth based on market trends and expansion opportunities.
In 2008, Alex founded Insight Service Solutions, a maintenance company specializing in services like window cleaning and pressure washing. In September 2024, he acquired Integrity Painting from Ron and Leona Klassen. Recognizing the synergy between the two businesses, Alex saw this as an ideal opportunity to not only carry on Integrity’s tradition of excellent painting services in Winnipeg but also to expand Insight’s offerings by providing painting solutions to its existing commercial customer base.
Alex has a passion for all things business including coaching, staff development, business structures and systems. Alex’s excitement really shines through when talking about any aspect of Integrity, Insight, or business in general. Alex has an infectious personality that genuinely gets you excited to be a part of his team, and encourages you to take on new challenges. He truly believes in all his staff, even if they don’t believe in themselves at the time.
Tenacity is a very important quality to Alex. He believes in being competitive while still being humble, and there is no substitute or shortcut for genuine hard work.
Hobbies: Hanging out with his Wife Kim & 5 daughters, beach volleyball, running, board games.
Jon oversees the day-to-day operations at Integrity, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. He provides guidance and support to the management team, empowering them to perform with excellence.
Jon is passionate about helping people reach their goals—whether it’s supporting a team member stepping into a management role, mentoring a painter learning the trade, or helping the company achieve its financial targets. He finds all of it rewarding and exciting.
Earlier in his career, Jon focused on leadership in manufacturing, working his way up from hands-on roles to overseeing supervisors across multiple departments. He has completed continuing education in management and efficiency through Red River College and the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters (CME).
Jon also brings experience from other fields, including technology sales, vehicle detailing, and oilfield contracting.
What Jon enjoys most about working at Integrity is the people—and the satisfaction of seeing the visible transformation that comes from a job well done. There’s nothing like seeing a building brought back to life with a fresh coat of paint!

Jessie leads production at Integrity Painting, overseeing all phases of painting projects from planning through completion to ensure exceptional quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. With expertise in managing project schedules, crew allocation, materials, and equipment, he ensures every job runs smoothly and meets the high standards Integrity Painting is known for.
Jessie’s deep knowledge of paint application, surface preparation, and project inspection allows him to guide the production team effectively while providing clients with clear information about paint types and processes. He fosters a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous growth among the painting crews, offering coaching, training, and support to help the team excel.
Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences, Jessie prioritizes clear communication, professional conduct on-site, and thorough job kickoffs and final walkthroughs. His focus on quality control helps minimize the need for touch-ups, ensuring each project is completed to the highest standard.
Hobbies: Golfing, writing, prop design and construction, 3d printing
Dana oversees Integrity Painting’s accounting, payroll, and general administrative operations. Whether she’s onboarding a new business system, organizing team events, or supporting a business acquisition, Dana embraces every challenge with enthusiasm and a solution-focused mindset.
She holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Red River College Polytechnic and brings over 14 years of experience in the construction industry, handling both accounting and office management responsibilities. Dana is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture—she thrives on supporting her coworkers and fostering an environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
What Dana loves most about being part of Integrity is the supportive team dynamic and the creative freedom to implement new ideas. The culture of collaboration and shared growth makes every day both exciting and rewarding.
Hobbies: Camping at the trailer, working out, playing sports, baking, and fermenting foods.
Tiffany plays a vital role in maintaining the financial health and accuracy of Integrity Painting. She manages full-cycle accounting, including daily financial transactions, payroll, vendor payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting. With a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality, Tiffany ensures our financial operations run smoothly and support the broader goals of the business.
She holds an Accounting Specialist Diploma from Robertson College and brings over five years of experience in the accounting field. Her background includes leading large-scale data cleanup projects and supporting complex audit processes in both corporate and construction settings. Known for her problem-solving mindset and love of numbers, Tiffany is a dependable force behind the scenes.

With over 30 years of experience in the painting industry, Cam brings a deep level of expertise and insight to his role as Sales Representative at Integrity Painting and Decorating. As a Red Seal certified painter and former Production Manager at Integrity, he knows the ins and outs of what it takes to plan and deliver highquality paint jobs—from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.
Cam takes a consultative, down-to-earth approach when working with clients. He listens closely to their needs, makes practical recommendations, and provides detailed proposals so they know exactly what to expect. Whether it’s a small touchup or a full home or commercial repaint, he makes sure the process is clear, efficient, and stress-free.
Having spent time both in the field and behind the scenes, Cam works closely with the production team to ensure projects are booked, scheduled, and delivered with care. He’s also active in the community—attending trade shows, connecting with contractors and property managers, and helping grow Integrity’s trusted reputation.
Clients appreciate Cam’s honesty, professionalism, and ability to make even the most complex jobs feel simple.

Becky brings over seven years of experience in customer service leadership, account management, and operations support to her role at Integrity Painting. With a strong background in team coordination, client communication, and process improvement, she is dedicated to ensuring every customer receives prompt, professional, and personalized service throughout their painting project.
Known for her calm demeanor under pressure and solutions-focused approach, Becky excels at handling escalations, training new team members, and implementing systems that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Whether coordinating schedules, addressing client concerns, or streamlining workflows, her keen attention to detail and passion for service consistently deliver outstanding results.
Thriving in fast-paced environments, Becky is committed to creating smooth, positive experiences for both customers and her fellow team members alike.

Tanner brings a unique blend of marketing savvy, sales experience, and creative energy to his role in Business Development at Integrity Painting. With a background in property management, digital marketing, and event coordination, he’s focused on driving growth, building relationships, and making sure Integrity’s services connect with the right clients at the right time.
Before joining Integrity, Tanner served as Sales & Marketing Manager for a local property management company, where he led targeted ad campaigns, improved SEO performance, and developed engaging content strategies that boosted visibility and lead generation. He also gained valuable leasing experience at Broadstreet Properties, where he consistently met occupancy targets and honed his client communication and administrative skills.
Tanner is a Business Administration honours graduate from Red River College Polytechnic with a major in marketing. He’s especially skilled in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and data analysis skills which he puts to work daily to support Integrity’s growth and outreach goals.
Outside of work, Tanner is an active DJ, promoter, and event coordinator. He’s known for high-energy sets at clubs and festivals across Manitoba and beyond, and he hosts a biweekly mix show on Energy 106. That same passion for connecting with people and creating great experiences carries into his work at Integrity, where he helps grow the brand and build meaningful client relationships.
